You May Like. 5 out of 5 On the face of such things you are often inclined to think that it’s nonsense. However, this is not my first encounter with audio therapy sound tracks such as this and I can say that they can be very useful.
I created a shortcut on my desktop for these and other (in some respects similar) audio tracks. When I am feeling “out of sorts” I simply click on the shortcut, find an appropriate one & let it play in the background.
I sincerely believe they can give you a lift and perhaps even elevate your mood. According to the literature this author provides, it appears that these particular tracks are intended to sharpen your workout performance. Speaking for myself, my workout consists of getting up from my computer to get lunch and coffee (LOL).
Nevertheless, even long bouts on the computer are worthy of sound conditioning for your brain. To properly evaluate these 3 soundtracks would require some time. However, extrapolating from what I know, I suggest you give them a whirl.
